Georgian, George III, pair of silver navette shaped pedestal salts, with pierced detail and the intial B to each foot and body.
Both are hallmarked for London 1787 by Thomas Shepherd. The maker's mark partially rubbed, but readable.
In excellent order with moderate surface wear commensurate with age. One salt with a very small stem repair.
Approximate weight for the pair is 151 grams or 4.8 troy ounces.
Approximate dimensions of one are 10.5 cm length, 7 cm height and 6 cm width.
