Georgian, George III, silver tea service, with gadrooned borders, each piece standing on four bun feet and featuring a reeded band. The sugar bowl and creamer are both gilt lined with reeded handles.

In excellent order with light surface wear commensurate with age. The teapot is watertight.

Hallmarked to the bodies for London 1817 (teapot) and 1820 (sugar and creamer), with all pieces by Thomas Wallis II & Jonathan Hayne. The teapot is also partially hallmarked to the lid and handle.

Approximate total weight is 1.148 kilos or 36.9 troy ounces.

Approximate dimensions:

Teapot: 28.5 cm length, 14.5 cm height and 13.5 cm depth.

Sugar: 20 cm length, 10.5 cm height and 10.5 cm depth.
