Georgian, George III period, pair of Old Sheffield Plate oval waiters with beaded detail, circa 1780 - 1800. Each salver is raised on four outcurved bracket feet and both are free of any inscription. Both feature rolled over silver edges. Similar in appearance to teapot stands, although these are larger.
In excellent order with light surface wear, commensurate with age.
Approximate weight for the pair is 668 grams.
