An Edwardian cased set of four silver place card, or menu, holders. Housed in a fitted Morocco leather case with burgundy velvet and cream satin interior. The bases of the holders are filled.
Each is hallmarked for Chester 1910 by Sampson Mordan & Co. Each also has a 1912 design registration number.
The Morocco leather case and the silver are all in very good order. Hallmarks are rubbed in places, especially for the date letters.
Approximate dimensions of one holder are: 4 cm height and 3.3 base diameter.
Approximate case dimensions are: 18.8 cm length, 6.5 cm width and 4.5 cm height.
Approximate total cased weight is: 235 grams.
