Georgian, George III, silver pear shaped coffee pot, with beaded borders and ebonised handle. Features a lion crest in the naive style, surrounded by a wreath and an ornate, cast spout.
In excellent condition with very light surface wear commensurate with age.
Hallmarked to the underside of the base for London 1777 by Charles Wright. The interior rim of the cover marked with the lion passant.
Approximate weight is 604 grams, or just over 19 troy ounces.
Approximate dimensions are 24.5 cm height, 18 cm handle to spout length and 10 cm depth.
