Georgian. George III, Old Sheffield Plate Crested Waiter, circa 1815. Raised on four scroll detail pierced feet. The underside with rolled over silver edges. The raised border with applied shell and scroll detail. Engraved detail to the main surface with a rubbed in silver circle to the centre containing the crest of a bird. The edge of the salver rises up and down in an unusual design feature.
In excellent order with light surface wear commensurate with age and some light copper bleed.
