Kaiser Wilhelm II (1859 - 1941) was the last German Emperor and King of Prussia from 1888 until his abdication in 1918. He lived out the rest of his life in the Netherlands after seeking asylum there. He held strong anti semetic views and tried to persuade Hitler to restore him to the throne. He was the eldest son of Queen Victoria's daughter Princess Victoria. His cousin George V called him the greatest criminal in history.

In good condition with a small loss to the underside of the base (bottom right corner in last photo). Striations to the cover and underside of the base. Age related loss of definition. The hinge in good working order.
