The 1911 inscription to a Sergeant Major Draper from the members of the Moulmein Volunteer Rifles. The Regiment were a unit of the British colonial military in Burma, although aministered as a province of British India. Initially a militia force, but recognised as a volunteer force in the 1850's.
In very good condition with light surface wear commensurate with age.
