A George III Vase Shaped Old Sheffield Plate Pedestal Coffee Pot, Circa 1780 - 1800. The oval foot with reeded detail. The body with two bands of gadrooned detail and of slim ovoid vase form.

Approximate dimensions are 26.5 cm height, 26.5 cm handle to spout length and 11 cm depth.
In fair to good condition. Traces of solder to the underside of the finial and lower handle socket. Loss of section of silver wire to the cover. Light pressure marks and pitting. Stable split to the handle and a stained interior. The crest is on an applied and raised white metal disc.
