Georgian, George III, Set of Four Old Sheffield Plate Candlesticks, circa 1790 - 1800, in the style of Robert Adam. Raised on stepped and reeded oval bases. The fluted columns leading to reeded oval shoulders. The fluted urnular sconces with removable oval reeded nozzles (drip trays). The bases are all felt covered.
All are in excellent condition with moderate surface wear commensurate with age. There are no dents or splits.
Approximte weight of all four candlesticks is 3.9 kilos.
Approximate dimensions of one candelstick are 30 cm height and 15.5 cm base length.
