Georgian, George III, oval silver sugar basket. with reeded bale handle and reeded rims. The upper part features chased and prick work decoration. A wreath enclosed monogram of RH is to either side. The basket stands on a pedestal oval foot.
Hallmarked to the underside for London 1799 by Stephen Adams.
Approximate weight is 168 grams or 5.4 troy ounces.
Approximate dimensions with the handle raised are 15 cm height, 14 cm length and 9 cm width.
In very good order.
