A Pair of Late 19th Century Neoclassical Bronze Oval Relief Plaques with Ribbon and Reeded Borders. Both date to circa 1870 - 1890 and are probably British or French. Both are unsigned, alhough appear similar to pieces of the same period by Elkington and William Hutton & Sons.

In excellent condition with moderate surface wear and patina commensurate with age. Some loss of detail to the bottom section of ribbon and reeded border on the left hand (bat) plaque.

Approximate weight for the pair is 299 grams.

Approximate dimensions of one bronze plaque is 15 cm length and 9 cm width.

Approximate dimensions of one green felt backing card is 18 cm length and 11.7 cm width.
