Victorian set of six silver Queens Pattern fruit knives and forks in their original fitted case. The knife blades and fork tines are silver, as are all of the handles. Each piece features a very small crest of an owl.
Every piece is hallmarked for Sheffield by Aaron Hadfield.
Three forks have no date letter, two are for 1863 and one is for 1865.
Five knives are hallmarked for 1863 and one is for 1865.
The handles are all hallmarked with the maker's mark and lion passant. Some additionally have the Sheffield crown and Victoria's head duty mark.
In very good order with some light surface wear. The fitted case does have a little wear to the outside, but the interior is in good order. The handles are all in very good order, as are the tines and blades.
