Georgian, George II, Silver Armorial Coffee Pot. Of plain tapering form with heraldic armorial to one side. Raised on a spreading circular foot. The hinged and domed cover with turned finial. The handle is a later Georgian silver replacement.

Hallmarked to the body for London 1752 by William Shaw & William Priest. The handle is also part hallmarked with the king's head duty mark and the lion passant. The cover is not hallmarked.

In excellent order with light surface wear commensurate with age.

Approximate weight is 611 grams or 19.6 troy ounces.

Approximate dimensions are 20.5 cm height, 19 cm length (handle to spout) and 8.5 cm depth.
