Georgian, George II, Silver Toddy Ladle with Baleen Twist Handle. Possibly a converted pap boat, as baleen handles were not common until the reign of George III.
Hallmarked to the bowl for London 1742 William Justis.
In excellent order with light surface wear and some heat (firescale) marks. Free of dents, creases and splits.
