Georgian, George III, Set of Four Scottish Silver Salts. Of oval pedestal form with reeded borders.
Three are hallmarked for Edinburgh by James McKay and the other has totally rubbed marks, so is unmarked. There is no date letter, but they date to circa 1810.
Condition is very good with moderate surface wear commensurate with age.
Approximate total weight of all four salts is 201 grams or 6.4 troy ounces.
Approximate dimensions of one are 13 cm length, 5 cm width and 5.5 cm height.
