19th Century French Empire Ormolu Boudoir Galleried Encrier. Stylised thyrsus mounted handle with a drum shaped inkwell and pounce pot and a pair of nib brushes. Surrounded by a pierced gallery and raised on four toupe feet.
Condition is excellent with moderate surface and gilt wear commensurate with age. Minor nibbles to the inkwell and pounce pot.
