Georgian, George III, Set of Four Crested Silver Salts. Of cauldron form and raised on three hoof feet. An identical crest to all salts and fitted with blue glass liners.
All are hallmarked for London 1780 by Charles Hougham, although some of the makers marks are obscured
Approximate silver weight is 143 grams or 4.5 troy ounces.
Approximate total weight is 275 grams.
Approximate dimensions of one are 7.2 cm length and 3 cm height.
In excellent condition with light surface wear commensurate with age. No glass damage.
