Georgian, George III, pair of Scottish silver cauldron salts raised upon three hoof feet. Each has an identical crest, features a ribbed rim and has a blue glass liner.
Condition is excellent with moderate surface wear commensurate with age. There is no glass damage.
Both are hallmarked for Edinburgh 1766 by William Ker. Makers mark partially rubbed on one.
Approximate silver weight for the pair is 127 grams or 4.08 troy ounces.
Approximate total weight is 205 grams.
