Georgian, George IV, Old Sheffield Plate Oval Meat Tray, with Gadrooned Border.

In excellent order with no dents or splits. The tray has been replated. Light surface wear commensurate with age and for its use as a serving and carving dish. Some pitting marks to the main surface. 

Features the crossed arrows mark of T & J Creswick & Co. Sheffield, circa 1820.

Approximate weight is 1.862 kilos.

Approximate dimensions are 51.5 cm length, 39 cm width and 2.3 cm height.
