Georgian, George II, Silver Sauce Boat. Raised on three pad feet with ornate shoulders. Later foliate embossed detail. Cartouche to one side, with initials and leaf capped scroll handle.
Hallmarked for London 1752 by Samuel Meriton I.
In excellent condition with light surface wear commensurate with age . Some hazing of the silver to the underside.
Approximate weight is 94 grams or 3 troy ounces.
