Georgian, George III, pair of silver sauce boats, chased with scrolling flowers and foliage beneath reeded rims. The sauce boats are raised upon oval pedestal feet and have high loop handles.

Condition is very good with light surface wear commensurate with age. One sauce boat has had a solder repair to the inside of the base near the stem. This can be seen slightly on the surface of the foot as a sealed split and is shown in the last photograph.

Both are hallmarked to the underside of the base for London 1800 by Godbehere, Wigan & Boult (Bult).

Approximate weight for the pair is 381 grams or 12 troy ounces.

Approximate dimensions of one are 18 cm length, 9 cm width and 11.5 cm height.
