Georgian, George III, silver tea service of semi fluted, circular form. Features undulating scroll and gadrooned shoulders on all pieces. Each piece is raised on four ball feet. The teapot handle is of carved fruitwood with scroll acanthus leaf thumb piece. The teapot spout is beautifully capped with acanthus.

The teapot finial is silver mounted carved ivory, but this can be changed if required.Please contact me before purchasing, if outside of the U.K.

In excellent order with light surface wear. Free of dents, creases and splits. The teapot is watertight.

The sugar bowl and cream jug are hallmarked for London 1814, while the teapot is hallmarked for London 1816. All are hallmarked for Joseph Angell I. 

Approximate total weight for all three pieces is 1.347 kilos or 43.3 troy ounces.

Approximate dimensions are:

Teapot: 28 cm length, 16 cm depth and 15.5 cm height.

Sugar: 22 cm length, 15 cm depth and 10cm height.

Cream: 18.5 cm length, 11.5 cm depth and 8.5 cm height.
