Georgian, George III, Silver Tea Set. Of circular part fluted form with wooden handle and knop. Each piece is monogrammed and has gadrooned detail. The sugar and cream jug with gilded interiors.
Each piece is very clearly hallmarked for London 1805 by Richard Cook.
In excellent condition with light surface wear commensurate with age. The teapot does not leak.
Approximate total weight for all three pieces is 1.352 kilos or 43.4 troy ounces.
Approximate dimensions:
Teapot: 26 cm length, 14.5 cm width and 13.5 cm height.
Sugar: 20 cm length, 12.5 cm width and 11cm height.
Cream: 15 cm length, 10 cm width and 10 cm height.
