Early George III Old Sheffield Plate Beaker, circa 1760. Of plain cylindrical form with a flared rim and maker's marks. The rolled over silver edge is clearly visible on the base.Inscribed with an initial to the underside of the base.
In very good condition with the rims slightly misshapen and some light copper bleed along the vertical seam. Light to moderate surface wear commensurate with age.
Approximate weight is 135 grams.
Approximate dimensions are 9.5 cm height and 8 cm top rim diameter.
