19th Century Silver Plate on Copper Armorial Beer Jug with Inset 1799 Halfpenny. The armorial is dated 1799, but the jug is almost certainly later than this. The jug is in the Georgian style with a domed and hinged cover inset with the George III Halfpenny.  Of squat rounded form with a circular foot.

In excellent condition with light surface wear commensurate with age.

Approximate weight is 882 grams.

Approximate dimensions are 18 cm handle to spout length, 14 cm height and 12 cm depth.
