19th century Old Sheffield Plate loving cup. Of plain form with twin handles and raised on a spreading circular foot. Marked as a pint capacity. With the original owner's initials to the top of the handles.
In excellent order with surface wear commensurate with age. There is a loose filing or similar within one of the handles or base. Crease to the underside of the double skinned base.
Marked to the underside as made by Oldham of Nottingham. This company was very small, but made Old Sheffield Plate items throughout the 19th century and into the early part of the 20th century.
