A Georgian, George II, silver coffee pot, of tapering cylindrical form. Featuring a cherub and duck head spout. The chased detail with a spread eagle to both sides, among floral and scroll decoration. The ornate knop in the form of a closed pine cone. The handle in fruit wood. Raised on a spreading pedestal base, chased with flora and scrolls.
Hallmarked to the body for London 1745 by Louis Dupont. The inner rim of the cover part hallmarked with the lion passant.
