Early Victorian cased set of silver and ivory dessert knives and forks for six.
In excellent order with no damage to the silver. There are some fine cracks to the ivory handles. These show up as thin darker lines and do not affect use. The case is not original and is in good order with a blue satin interior.

Each knife blade and fork stem is hallmarked for Sheffield 1846 by Thomas Sansom.
Approximate total cased weight is 800 grams.
Approximate case dimensions are 24 cm length, 19 cm width and 4.5 cm height.
Approximate knife dimensions are20 cm length and 1.6 cm blade width.
Approximate fork dimensions are 15 cm length and 1.6 cm tine width.
