Early Victorian Pair of Old Sheffield Plate Candlesticks, circa 1840 - 1850. Raised on circular bases with applied foliate detail. Plain tapering and sturdy stems with foliate shoulders. The removable nozzles with scroll and leaf detail.
In excellent condition with a couple of areas of very light copper bleed. Some light pressure marks to the sides of the bases. Free of repair and any dents. A fine and sturdy pair in very good original condition.
Approximate weight for the pair is 2 kilos.
