Charles Bell Birch ARA (1832 - 1893) was a British Sculptor who studied at Somerset House School of Design, the Berlin Royal Academy and the Royal Academy of Arts. One of his first works was a bust of the Earl of Westmorland. In 1887 he was commissioned to carve a Carrara marble statue of Queen Victoria for her Golden Jubilee.
