Edwardian Pair of Silver Peppers. Each pepper is raised on three feet with an ovoid body. The peppers may be weighted. The covers are pierced with stars and have turned finials.
Both are hallmarked for Birmingham 1909, although this is only readable on the covers. The bodies have very rubbed hallmarks for Horace Woodward & Co. The Birmingham mark can just be read on one.
Approximate weight for the pair is 139 grams.
Approximate dimensions of one are 9 cm height and 3.5 cm width/depth.
In excellent condition with moderate surface wear commensurate with age.
