George V Silver Circular Dressing Table Box. Of hinged form with a monogram to the cover. The interior with a gilded base and mirror to the inside of the cover.
Hallmarked for Birmingham 1928 by Hamilton & Co. (of Calcutta).
In excellent condition with moderate wear commensurate with age. Higher wear to the underside of the base, with the remains of what may have been a filled and covered base.
Approximate weight is 265 grams, including mirror.
Approximate dimensions are 11.5 cm diameter and 6.5 cm height.
