George VI Silver Cafe au Lait Set. Of plain baluster and pedestal form, raised on circular feet. The jug and pot with composite handles and domed covers with acorn style finials. The set is free of any inscriptions.
Each piece is hallmarked for London 1940 by the unidentified maker CE. The coffee pot and hot milk jug are further part marked to the cover rims.
Each piece is in excellent condition with very light surface wear.
