Georgian, George II, circular silver salver with shell and scroll border raised upon three hoof feet. Engraved with a crest and scrolling acanthus leaves.
Condition is good with thinning in the centre due to an erasure on the underside. Some staining to the underside. No dents or repairs, just surface wear and signs of use.
Hallmarked to the underside for London 1750 by Gabriel Sleath.
Approximate weight is 239 grams or 7.68 troy ounces.
