Georgian, George II, Six Silver Hanoverian Tablespoons with Double Struck Shell Terminals. Each spoon is reverse crested with a dragon, or griffin.
The spoons have bottom struck hallmarks for London 1759 by Isaac Callard. The date letter is only visible on one spoon, but the maker's mark is visible on all six spoons, as are the identical crests. All hallmarks have been photographed.
In excellent condition with light surface wear commensurate with age and use. One spoon with a deep scratch at the start of the stem by the bowl end (2nd spoon on the left in photos 1 and 2).
Approximate total weight of all six spoons is 498 grams or 16 troy ounces.
Approximate dimensions of one spoon are 21 cm length and 4.2 cm bowl width.
