Georgian, George III, Cased Set of Crested Silver & Mother of Pearl Dessert Knives & Forks for Twelve, circa 1810. Each piece with an identical monogram and the knives additionally crested.
All pieces are marked with the lion passant and George III head duty mark only. There are no date letters, or maker's marks, but they date to around 1810.
In very good condition with moderate surface wear commensurate with age. Some of the knives and forks are of slightly differing lengths. This is due to tine wear or differing handle lengths. All handles are secure and the set is ready for use. The wooden case has a split to the cover. Securing pins to the handle end caps. The mother of pearl is in good order, with only one small crack to one knife handle. Not for dishwasher use, wash only in lukewarm water.

Approximate fork dimensions are 16 cm length and 1.8 cm tine width.
Approximate knife dimensions are 19 cm length and 1.5 cm blade width.
