Georgian, George III, Old Sheffield Plate Double Lipped Sauce Boat, circa 1760 - 1780. In the George I / II style with twin handles and two pouring lips. Raised on an oval pedestal foot.
In excellent condition with moderate surface wear and light pressure marks commensurate with age. The double skinned base has loose pitch/resin inside, but this does not affect use.
