Georgian, George III, Old Sheffield Plate Entree Dish, Cover & Dish Stand, circa 1790. Of shallow oval form with twin carrying handles to the dish and beaded detail. The domed cover has a green stained finial. The entree dish and cover have not been replated. The dish stand can also be used to support a circular dish.
In excellent order with light surface wear commensurate with age and for its use as a serving dish. Very light surface pressure marks.
