Georgian, George III, Old Sheffield Plate Waiter, circa 1810 - 1820. Of square from with a heavily applied raised border of scroll, leaf & shell detail. The waiter is raised on four ornate and outswept bracket feet. The underside is tinned and there are rolled over silver edges.
In excellent original condition with moderate surface wear commensurate with age and some areas of pitting in the recessed part of the raised area.
