Georgian, George III, pair of Old Sheffield Plate pedestal sauce tureens & covers. Circa 1790 - 1800. Each tureen is raised on a rectangular pedestal foot. The domed covers feature a small looped and reeded handle. Each tureen has twin loop handles. Matching crests to one side of each tureen and cover.

In excellent order with surface wear commensurate with age. Some higher wear to the borders where the sheets of silver are rolled over the edges of the copper.
