Georgian, George III, pair of Old Sheffield Plate covered urns of ovoid form with twin lion mask handles. Each urn is raised upon an oval pedestal foot supported by four ball feet. The domed covers feature turned ball finials and rolled over silver edges. The urns features a gadrooned rim and foot.
Both are in excellent order with light surface wear and the occasional light scratch. The undersides of the ball feet with higher wear and all feet have been capped.
Approximate weight for the pair is 2.456 kilos.
