Georgian, George III, Pair of Silver Sauce Boats. Raised on three shell capped hoof feet with a wave cut rim. Flying acanthus capped scroll handles and an identical crest to each side.
In very good original condition with some clouding of the silver. Free of dents, creases, splits and repairs.
Both are clearly hallmarked for London 1761 by David Mowden.
Approximate weight for the pair is 442 grams or 14.2 troy ounces.
Approximate dimensions of one are 16.5 cm length, 11 cm height and 9 cm width.
