Georgian, George III, silver coffee pot of baluster form with a gadrooned and domed hinged cover, with conical finial. Features a wooden scroll handle and later applied detail of scrolls and leaves. The cast spout is leaf capped and the pot stands on a circular foot.
In excellent order with light surface wear commensurate with age.
Hallmarked to the underside of the base for London 1774 by Charles Wright. The inner rim of the cover is part hallmarked with the lion passant.
Approximate weight is 991 grams or 31.8 troy ounces.
Approximate dimensions are 30.5 cm height, 20 cm handle to spout length and 12 cm depth.
