Georgian, George III, silver cream jug, with prick work engraving and a reeded rim. Hallmarked for London 1806. The maker's mark is rubbed and the year letter is just about readable.
There has been a repair towards the top and bottom of the jug where the handle joins the body and there is a small split at the mouth of the spout to the interior (first photo). The handle sits a little off centre. No dents or creases and it displays very well, still perfectly usable.
Approximate weight is 90 grams or 2.89 troy ounces.
Approximate dimensions are 11.5 cm length, 9.5 cm height and 7 cm depth.
