Georgian, George III, large silver, gilt lined cream jug with spout. The jug has a vacant cartouche surrounded by a wreath to either side and is reeded in the middle of the body. Raised on a rectangular plinth foot.
Condition is excellent with light surface wear commensurate with age.
Hallmarked for London by James Barratt. The year letter mark is almost fully rubbed but can just about be read as N for 1808.
Approximate weight is 209 grams or 6.7 troy ounces.
