Georgian, George III, Silver Hot Water Jug. Of plain baluster form with a rattan covered handle and flame style finial to the domed and hinged cover. Raised on a circular foot with gadrooned rims. Andrew Fogelberg is believed to have been the master to Paul Storr.
Hallmarked for London 1774 by Andrew Fogelberg. The cover is part hallmarked with the lion passant and maker's mark.
In excellent condition with light surface wear commensurate with age.
Approximate weight is 486 grams or 15.6 troy ounces.
