Georgian, George III, silver inkstand with three silver mounted diamond cut glass jars and two quill rests. The inkstand features a shall and gadrooned border and stands on four ornate bracket feet.

Hallmarked to the underside of the inkstand for Sheffield 1818 by Thomas & John Settle. The silver lids are also identically hallmarked, although one is very rubbed.
Approximate silver weight is 316 grams or 10 troy ounces.
Approximate dimensions are 17.5 cm length, by 12.5 cm width and 7 cm height.
