Georgian, George III, silver salver with beaded rim and beaded bracket feet. Later chasing to the central surface. The underside features two in remembrance inscriptions from 1847 and 1865. I always prefer to retain these type of inscriptions as they are part of the history of the piece.
Condition is excellent with no repairs or dents, only a very slight distortion when viewed directly at eye level, but stands flat on a surface without rocking.
Faded hallmarks to the underside for London 1787 by Daniel Smith & Robert Sharp.
Approximate weight is 407 grams or 13 troy ounces.
Approximate dimensions are 21 cm diameter and 3 cm height.
