Georgian, George III, silver tea service, of half fluted boat form with angular gadrooned rims. Each piece is raised upon four ball feet. Free of engravings and monograms.

In excellent order with light surface wear. The teapot does not leak when filled fully with boiling water.

Each piece is hallmarked for London 1806 or 1807 by Solomon Hougham. The inside of the teapot cover is further part hallmarked.

Approximate weight of all three pieces is 1.086 kilos or 34.9 troy ounces.

Approximate dimensions:

Teapot: 28 cm length, 15.5 cm height and 12 cm depth. (holds about 1.3 litres, full to the brim).

Sugar: 17 cm length, 11.5 cm height and 10 cm depth.

Creamer: 13 cm length, 10.5 cm height and 8 cm depth.
